At least 20 GOP Electoral College voters are considering voting against President-elect Donald Trump next week, according to a Harvard constitutional law professor whos offering legal aid to faithless electors who betray their party.
Harvard University Professor of Law and Leadership Larry Lessig did not offer evidence to support his claim. But, if true, the figure would put the anti-Trump movements goal of scuttling his election win much closer to becoming reality when 538 members of the Electoral College vote in their state capitals on Monday.

BULL CRAP!!! This is the latest in two things they are going after Trump for...
The other is the Old Post Office lease in Washington D.C. if they don’t win on the ‘Electoral Votes’ then they will turn on the lease...
They have already started:

I think it’s called sedition
Nice how they discuss a coup de tat as a “goal” by some nobody disruptors.
sedition, he should be arrested for tampering with the Electoral College.
Not if they want to still have a country...
A few of them have gotten attention for “turning on Trump” by promising to not vote for Hillary like they are supposed to. Don’t think I’ll ever understand liberal logic.
Twenty is not enough to make a difference....
And these people should be used as an example to make sure it never happens again!!!
Bill Mitchell is citing a current Politico story (of all sources) that reports how the RNC is in touch daily with all of the electors. The only rogue defector is that traitor from Texas.
Hope all this insanity will finally be put to rest by this time next week.
Cannot wait for Inauguration Day!!!
“Could”, huh? Lessig is the creep behind the movement, so that’s what he’d say. When you’re a tenured Harvard perfesser there’s no penalty for being wrong. Purple monkeys could fly forth from my sphincter, too, but I won’t be switching over to trapdoor skivvies just in case.
This is all just fun background noise. As is the hotel lease.
In a way, It’s kinda fun, but we do need to get to Jan 20 so he can start getting Obamacare repealed.
“A few of them have gotten attention for turning on Trump by promising to not vote for Hillary like they are supposed to. Dont think Ill ever understand liberal logic.”
I saw that and laughed out loud. I think they were from California.
Could, may, might are key words for liars when writing fake news.
Whenever, we see any of these key words in any oped, it is time to stop reading their wet dream fake news posing as news.
“Harvard University Professor of Law and Leadership Larry Lessig did not offer evidence to support his claim.”
Fake News, in other words.
Have confession papers ready for them to sign and hand one to each elector before the vote. Do your job, or sign and report to the US Marshal over there.
“sedition, he should be arrested for tampering with the Electoral College.”
While there may be a few, there will not be enough faithless electors to deny the presidency to Trump. However, the electors from states that voted for Trump and do not vote for Trump will not be committing sedition.
There is one nutjob in Texas that we know of for sure, I’d be surprised if there are any more.
Not too many people want to become pariahs.
Tar...
Feathers.
“did not offer evidence to support his claim”
so what it really is, is his own personal little wet dream.
306 - 20 > 270.
How many times will the Democrats loose the election?
Can we make it 3, 4, 5?
