Harvard University law professor Larry Lessig said Tuesday that 20 Republican Electoral College voters are considering flipping to vote against Donald Trump, more than half the number of anti-Trump votes needed to stall the president-elect from being sworn into office.
"Obviously, whether an elector ultimately votes his or her conscience will depend in part upon whether there are enough doing the same. We now believe there are more than half the number needed to change the result seriously considering making that vote," Lessig told Politico.
Lessig has been offering free legal counsel to "faithless electors" who are considering casting a ballot for an alternative candidate as opposed to Trump, who earned 306 votes on Election Day, well above the necessary 270. . .

We know of at least five high profile schemers in the Republican Party who would very likely go along with such a thing. Romney, Ryan, McCain, Graham and McMullen. They’ve been trying to derail Trump since the primaries. Complacency about this being rejected in the House if it gets that far is not a good idea, in my opinion.
This Lessig loon actually also ran for President in the Democratic primaries, I don’t know if he got a single vote and I know he didn’t get a single delegate. Politically savvy, isn’t he? Even Evan McMullin left him in the dust.

No argument here. I would like to hope though, that at a minimum, the GOP side of the House would select a Republican. But, agree that the risk of a RINO being selected would be real.
So who are these 20 electors? What are their names?
Other than one nutcase from Texas (who has huge personal issues and should have never been an elector), I don’t know of a SINGLE REPUBLICAN ELECTOR that has even stated any doubt about voting for Trump. In fact, I’m MUCH MORE inclined to believe stories that use REAL NAMES, than this the above story. In fact, here is a story with REAL NAMES and absolutely zero concern about Electors flipping:
