In late September, Richardson announced that the Navy would be getting rid of all of their enlisted ratings and that the service would be headed in a new direction.
Military officials said that the purpose for the change is so that service members can more easily adjust to civilian life and no longer be defined by their job titles by broadening their career fields. The decision received a great deal of backlash from sailors since Navy ratings have been around for centuries.
The ratings system was also scrapped because of Navy Secretary Ray Mabus’s order to make ratings “gender neutral” and take words such as “man” out of their titles, like “Fire Controlman 1st Class John Doe,” for example.

It is almost beyond belief. This is what happens when the liberals are in charge.
I think that this is part of what happened in this year’s election; that critical masses of people saw what happens when we put liberals in charge of government, and voted no. On this issue, and many others, people voted no to more liberalism.
And not only did we vote no to Hillary Clinton for Obama’s 3rd term, but we voted no to Democrats all up and down the ballot.
Democrats are in their weakest positions in the state legislatures and governorships in many decades. It sure seems clear, that there was an Obama effect going on down ballot.
I hope President Trump fires ALL of the PC-loving officers in the military.
