On Monday, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) pledged to support a congressional investigation into whether Russian hacking affected the 2016 election. Republicans have nothing to fear from such an investigation, because they won the election fair and square.
No, Russia is not the friend that President Barack Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton spent several years pretending it was. But the idea that Russian hackers coronated Trump is only the latest left-wing opiate — after white supremacists and “fake news” — designed to dull the pain of electoral defeat, and postpone the reckoning that must occur if Democrats are to pose a significant threat as an opposition party at any time in the near future.

Hacking the DNCs computers would be a domestic criminal issue. What is the CIA doing looking into a domestic criminal issue? They are legally prevented for operation inside the USA. This is an FBI issue.

The thing is, Obama pushed his operatives into high positions in many departments, including the CIA. Non-loyalists to Obama were shoved aside or pushed out. Trump and his cabinet picks have a lot of work to do, in order to remove these Obama hacks from all federal departments. The CIA operatives are just like other liberal ah*les, all up to no good.

Finally, if these Senators are willing to start an investigation on this...WHY NOT on double-voting, dead votes, and illegal aliens registered/voting? Seems like you’d have more than enough open such an investigation.

Thanks for posting - this article is a “keeper.” I’ve bookmarked it. It is particularly strong in that it brings Obama/US meddling in Israeli elections into the discussion, as well as the scandal of the Obama admin ignoring and distorting our own intelligence findings.
