The latest update in the Wisconsin recount shows that 95% of all presidential ballots have now been counted, but there are still two glaring omissions: The City of Milwaukee and dozens of wards in the City of Madison.
Both of those cities are populous Democratic and Hillary Clinton strongholds, and their recounted returns had not all been reported to the Wisconsin Election Commission as of December 10. The state must certify its results by December 13 or it risks its electoral votes not counting.
There are 148,404 votes still missing from the public recount results posted so far, according to the Election Commission. Trump won Wisconsin by more than 22,000 votes, a margin that has changed by only microscopic amounts despite the $3.5 million-plus price tag for the recount.
Dane County, home to Madison, is doing a hand recount of its ballots (that decision was left to local governments). Congressman Sean Duffy recently accused the county of “taking as long as they can.” He claimed Jill Stein and Clinton observers are slowing down the count there by contesting ballots, according to Politifact. Duffy also came under fire for labeling Madison “Communist.”

If I recall correctly, the recount was given a deadline of 4PM Monday.
So I presume, if they fail to do so, the Legislature steps in on the 13th?
My guess is they are trying to keep Wisconsin’s electoral votes from being counted in an effort to affect the legitimacy of Trump’s Presidency as much as possible.

But there are watchers for Trump and those persons are in their way.
I remember in the FL 2000 recount, Gore supporting election officials tried to carry away stacks and stacks of ballots to a secluded room to ‘count’ behind closed and locked doors. If not for Freepers (yes FREEPERS) pounding on the door and shouting, those officials would have likely found the votes for Gore.
So no one can tell me the democrats won’t try everything they can to cheat. We can count on it.

I don’t think that’s it. They’ve already delegitimized his election by repeating the new mantra that Clinton won the PV.
What they are doing is watching to see when they can sneak in a switcheroo of ballot boxes when Trump watchers are not watching or are taking a bathroom break, etc.
Wisconsin Electors may not vote but it won’t change the outcome. The Constitution says a majority of Electors elect the President, not 270. Delete Wisconsin’s 10 Electoral Votes and Trump still wins the Presidency with a majority. In fact, delete all electoral votes of WI, MI, and PA, and Trump still wins the majority of the EC.
So the democrats MUST flip WI. And they’re holding back on these two democrat strongholds because like a mafia, THEIR PEOPLE are operating the election offices.
But their problem is the Trump lawyers who are standing by watching.
We can hope the Trump team has watchers at each counting table and that they do not take a break until one of the team relieves them, just like a military watch on duty.

I realize that I am being overly paranoid. I just don’t put anything past those dirty democrats.
Hey people, hand counting ballots takes a long time especially if a lot of the counters don’t have eight fingers and two thumbs!!!!!

Madison is in the middle southern part of the state, Milwaukee is on the lake, north of Chicago.
If I have read this correctly Hillary has gained 25 votes on Trump.
