Troops cheered him, perhaps a bit mechanically. This is the first appearance of the speech on You Tube, and only an excerpt. I heard the whole thing on some TV news show on my kids' tablet earlier, and now I can't find anything but this. So above is a summary, until the full speech makes its way onto the Internet later tonight. Look for it.
