Michigan law already requires that the person demanding a recount show some reason to believe they would win. But when has the law stopped Democrats from grabbing power?

You are correct but miss the point. THIS is not an ordinary election which is an end in itself. This is an election of electors which has a deadline to meet imposed by the constitution. They cannot screw around forever.
In addition, if there were two sets of electors “certified” it would be up to the House to decide which was accepted. C1 or C2? I can tell you now it would be C1 and have NO doubt about it.

She rushed to Little Rock, Arkansas, immediately after Bill Clinton fired FBI director William Sessions on 19 July 1993, securing the files belonging to Vince Foster that she somehow, psychically knew might be of interest should Vince Foster be murdered the next day. So, at most, you could say that she ordered the assassination of Vince Foster.
