Conway emphasized that Trump has moved on and has no desire to see Hillary Clinton prosecuted

A senior Donald Trump aide opened the door on Friday to the possibility that law enforcement officials in the incoming administration could take a fresh look at Hillary Clinton's classified email scandal.
Trump told DailyMail.com during the presidential primary campaign that he was open to the idea of empowering a special prosecutor, but that he would defer the decision to his attorney general if he won the election.
Kellyanne Conway, the president-elect's campaign manager, suggested on ABC's 'Good Morning America' that all options are still on the table.
'There will be officials who are in charge of such things in the Trump administration who may look at that again,' Conway said. Trump himself is 'moving on to focus on the future, not the past,' she said. 'And he has said to The New York Times, on the record – he thinks that the Clintons have suffered enough.'
But 'of course,' Conway added, 'the Department of Justice, the different committees, the FBI perhaps, can take a different look.'

Not really. This is cleaning up the fact that Trump as President is not supposed to dictate with the FBI and DOJ do. This is just clarifying that he was never trying to claim he would stop them from doing the investigation just because he wasn’t interested in the case.
High treason cannot be ignored. The new DOJ and Congress must investigate the entire Clinton Racket further. Justice must be served.
