After hearing arguments from attorneys representing Jill Stein’s campaign and the Montgomery County Board of Elections, Judge Bernard A. Moore dismissed the petitions of voters in 78 precincts to recount votes or forensically analyze voting machines due a lack of evidence and improperly filed petitions.

Hopefully they kept the checks—still an abuse of PA taxpayers because of the cost of the court time.
She is taking a page from Trump...Look at all the free publicity. How many threads have been given here on Free Republic alone. She is in every news cycle 24/7
Problem for her is how stupid she looks. She’s losing not winning.
Unless they have a video of Putin blowtorching into a machine.
Yeah, looks stupid to conservatives. Trump looks crass and stupid to liberals. Stein is now a household name, which she was not 1 month ago. If and when the democrat party implodes, a household name might be there to pick up the pieces.
If the Dems. can’t get Montgomery County recounted, they should throw in the towel. Montgomery is their great hope as it traditionally votes heavy Dem. Without Montgomery, the Dems. hope of any gain is gone.
Yet the Stein campaign keeps putting spokespersons on air (on Fox News for example) who insist that "at some point" the machines ARE connected to the internet. And that ergo, hacking can take place.
When questioned, the spokespersons play dumb. They say they don't know how exactly the internet connection occurs ... they just assert that it does happen.
She's doing a good job of cementing the image of the Green Party as the party of crackpot losers.

Actually, that is probably a good strategy for her “crackpot loser” is a big part of the Democrat voting base.
