So, as Zuckerberg sees it Trump's speech can never violate community standards because anything he says no matter how repugnant is now "mainstream political discourse." Leave it to Zuckerberg and Trump to make Twitter, a platform besieged with harassment, look like the thoughtful adult in the room. It's going to be a long four years.------------The left is having hard time...

Sore losers still I see. There is nothing offensive or inflammatory in Trump’s tweets other than the fact that the Libs hate the very sight of him and he is living rent-free in their heads.

To: mandaladon
Cancelling TRUMP’S Twitter account would lead to a conservative “Twitter” and all would switch over to the new system.

It would take less than a week for a new platform to appear and be geared to strictly conservatives. Then you’d watch 40,000 people a day quit Twitter and in three months...across not just the US but Europe...Twitter would standing there and then admitting it was a host for only liberal commentary, with half of it’s advertising cut.

I beg you, Twitter, do it. It’ll be the biggest mistake you’ve made so far. Worse than banning MILO.

    Good luck with it.
They haven’t found one statement of Trump that violates Twitter standards.
Differences of opinion aren’t grounds for banning people.

If Twitter wants to suicide itself, then go for it.

To: mandaladon
It will definitely come back to bite them if they do.

It would be a lot easier to have a family member BUY Twitter. They are having trouble finding a buyer.

To: PGR88
This would be the biggest gift to competition that Twitter could ever give.
Do it.
Just do it.
