The Wisconsin Elections Commission set a timetable Monday for a recount of the presidential election but rejected a request for a hand recount. The commission is made up of three Democrats and three Republicans. It adopted the recount plans unanimously.
Meanwhile a Wisconsin insider on 4Chan said to expect the recount to expose massive DNC fraud.
The Anonymous “insider” says the recount will reveal people out of state voting, non citizens voting, people voting numerous times, and nursing home violations.
Be ready for Trump to improve his margin of victory.
Trump won Wisconsin by 27,506 votes.

This article is wrong.(which makes me wonder what else is wrong in it) According to the UNOFFICIAL official results, Trump won by 22,177 votes.
In looking at the Wisconsin recount procedures & checklist, it appears that the recount is what amounts to a forensic recount.

If these canvassers are going to be that thorough, I’m guessing fraud will be found, if this source is correct, or will they ?
With Wisconsin’s strict Voter ID law, I don’t understand how can there be that much fraud.
If these canvassers are this thorough, will they be able to make their deadline ?
1) Anytime you see 4Chan or 8Chan replace that mentally with “Random person on the internet”. No credibility.
2) There could be evidence of dead people voting and such. But there will be no way to link them to particular ballots, so the election result will not change by much if at all.
Check the US dollar amounts coming in to the Stein fund, run them thru a currency converter & see if they match Bahrain or Qatar.
Since nursing homes mentioned, per Kaiser Family Foundation, the number of persons in US nursing homes in 2014: 1,347,983. In Wisconsin: 27,171. That’s a lot of opportunities for fraud
But how do you how the people voted you would know what the illegal voted or the out of town person voted right. It is not written on the ballot. I feel like they are trying to get all the votes thrown out what else could you do.
These people are vile and I hope they reap what they sow.

What proof do you have it is from Soros?
Wisconsin does not keep a separate voter registry by party affiliation. In fact, it always used to be, maybe still is, that registration to vote may be made right at the polling place the day of the vote.
But they DO require positive voter identification. Used to be be recognition by the ballot clerk in small venues, or the verbal assertion by two persons known to the ballot clerk, that person was who he or she claimed to be. And for a long time it it was not even required that person be literate, but that an assistant could go into the booth with the applicant, read off the names of the candidates, and mark the ballot according to the selections of the applicant, and it was considered to be “legal”.
But like I say, probably a good many of these provisions have been challenged and presumedly changed since then.

Good and it shouldn’t be. And to have polling as your argument is ridiculous. Especially since people were known to give misinformation to pollsters as not to get harassed for supporting Trump.
I would bet that almost every state had massive voter fraud, e.g., CA one of the most egregious with a State run by amoral RATs.
Each voting district will determine the method. The SecState did not mandate any particular method but did rule out a statewide hand recount.
I don’t see how a recount would determine if voters are legal.

This point is moot considering she lost the election long before she ever thought of a recount.
There’s something else going on here. One theory on one of the countless threads on the subject has to do with Stein’s wanting to out DNC fraud.
I do not see the whole gain vs risk on this. Just what could she gain to offset a sudden unexplained heart attack?
Or maybe if funding another election is her goal, then finding the assumed DNC fraud was never her intention.
Nonetheless, there is much mystery going on here.
