I can’t think of a rational excuse for what I am seeing in that video. Is it possible he just moved and thought his hand was elsewhere?
Clearly he wasn’t trying to molest a girl in front of a camera if was sane.
So maybe it is a drug or brain issue or something
I don’t know but it is skeevy. The little girl clearly tries to get away from his hand.
