If no candidate has 270 ev’s, then it gets thrown in House of Reps. In there, EACH STATE gets ONE vote. I am sure there are more states with majority republican Reps.

It’s not 270. It’s a majority of the electors appointed. Hillary cannot win simply by stalling the recount in three states, she has to FLIP THEM by December 13th.
