What is to be done with Hillary Clinton and her crew? Indications are that President-Elect Trump is inclined to forgive her transgressions. As expected, there is already substantial pushback from conservatives. Thus, the story is still to be told.
All the evidence, thus far, is that Hillary has committed grave offenses with respect to national security. Her lieutenants appear just as guilty of criminal acts.
Moreover, while the president can pardon, he must not interfere with on-going Justice Department criminal investigations. Neither may he interfere with congressional investigations and findings. Regardless of President-Elect Trump's inclinations, the matter will likely remain unresolved for some time to come.
Let us explore this issue. I propose a solution that should be satisfying to all.

Trump doesn’t have to do anything except refuse to block extradition when another country indites her
I was with him right up until the “pardon Hillary” bit.
She needs to go down, for the good of the Republic.

Trump has taken away Obama’s justification politically for issuing a lame duck pardon. Nothing else has changed.
We’re I Trump I’d publicly declare that his administration would rapidly process an extradition request for Eric Holder and the BATF goons who are complicit in Fast and Furious.

For Traitorhillary and Traitorobama, indict, try, convict, sentence, and hang.
Keith ellison to the rescue. LOL! Like they weren’t already pulled to the left. More muslim outreach ahead.
Have Kaepernick wear a Hillary T Shirt ?
It’ll never happen. Her reputation is shot though and the Dem party membership has been exposed as being nothing more than Hillary’s minions and they’re caught in a box.
Ambassador to Lybya. Offices in Beghazi. Minimal security.
trump says to call off the dogs...obama has less pressure to pardon her. without a pardon, there is nothing stopping trump from charging her AFTER the inauguration, and letting the justice system work.
if she is charged after the inauguration, obama can no longer protect her, and she can be convicted.
once she is convicted, and people shown that the system works, trump can show how serious he is about healing the nation by pardoning her - AFTER sentencing.
Note to self - use spell check.
They need to be housed in an 8 x 10 box. Don’t know about everybody on here but I’ve had ‘clearances’ and knew full well what the consequences would be for even inadvertently spilling the beans. Guess I didn’t have to worry since I could have invoked the “hillary clause”.
“Trump has taken away Obamas justification politically for issuing a lame duck pardon. Nothing else has changed.”
I was wondering if Trump might change his mind once Obama was out of office. I hope so.
If not, perhaps New York can go after the Clinton Foundation. It’s money and that’s basically what state AG’s do is sue to collect money. Justice plays no part in their decisions. Justice might be a byproduct, though. Hopefully, money taken from the Clintons smells and looks the same to the NY AG as money taken from conservatives.
Trump does not issue a pardon. A pardon for what?
LEt Obama do it, then he is saying she committed criminal acts. Just stay away from a pardon.
I’m not that concerned with Clinton, I want the Soros mob investigated up one side and down the other.
If I were Mr. Trump, I would very quietly let the FBI do it’s thing about her case. Hopefully, AG Sessions won’t block or otherwise impinge on the investigation.
Other than that, the Clinton name should not be passing from his or any other Republican’s lips for now. Ignoring her and making her completely irrelevant in the American psyche is probably the most severe punishment that can be visited upon narcissists like her and Bill.
I also suggest a similar strategy for our current narcissist-in-chief.
