2. Company B pays its illegal alien workers cash. They pay no Social Security, they pay no healthcare, they pay no workers comp, etc. Cash only. The cash is then spent on beer and a lot of it shipped to Mexico.

Western Union doesn’t consider Mexico to be a foreign country any more for determining the cost of wiring money there.

The Mexicans then send their kids to school here, which we pay for. They get tax credits for kids - even kids that live in Mexico - if they file a tax return at all. They work for cash so it is easy for them to get on food stamps and receive other benefits (Medicaid).
