Isn’t that a little bit like saying church congregations aren’t natural people? If the right to associate in productive enterprise is a privilege the government may withdraw, would the right to associate in other endeavors be the same?
A corporation is not the same as a “collection of people”.
It specifically has officers. And a Charter. There might be other requirements.
Try engaging in business or any type of commerce without a business license or paying quarterly taxes and see what happens. “Natural people” my @$$...
