NC teacher accused of assaulting Muslim kindergartener

The student, a boy, was not only constantly bullied and mistreated by his classmates, but also by his teacher, the Council on American-Islamic Relations said in a letter to the school board.

After reading the article I think it is CAIR BS. Ignoring the high probability of poor and misleading writing by the author, the actions and language do not match what is normally done or said by normal people. It is stilted and reeks of lawyer talk.

Who here actually believes ANY of these stories? In the very rare occasion it may happen no one will care or listen. I was listening to NPR (stuck listening on the drive) they were interviewing the dean of students at the school where the fake hijab “hate crime” took place. He never admitted it was fake but is “investigating” the entire incident.

According to the story, the alleged harassment began during the first week of school and persisted until just a few days ago. That seems hard to believe. If the story is true, the child's parents should have complained to school authorities the first time the harassment occurred, and the principal would presumably have put a stop to it and possibly suspended the teacher.

Are the principal and faculty insane? By letting it go on for weeks, they would be risking massive lawsuits, loss of their jobs, and possible criminal penalties. That's why this is so hard to believe.
