The suspect in the murder of a San Antonio police detective was arrested Monday afternoon.
San Antonio Police Chief William McManus said that 31-year-old Otis Tyrone McKane was taken into custody without incident at around 4:30 p.m. local time.
McManus said authorities had pulled over a car McKane was a passenger in on Interstate 10, on the eastern edge of San Antonio. The car was being driven by a woman and a 2-year-old child was also in the vehicle. It was not immediately clear what connection McKane had to the woman and child.

Another bet won...
If Obama had a son.
Otis Tyrone....I’d never had guessed it.
He’s got that whole Muslim chin strap thing going on.
how long does it take to bleed out if your jugular is pierced by a pin from a Men’s Wear House dress shirt.
Do you need to puncture the jugular multiples times and if so how many times to cause death in the longest most excruciating terms.
I propose transferring climate research grants to the study of FUMF.
Fry the racist bastard.
If Obama had a son...
This POS will never make it to trial.
Talking to that picture of evil. “You gonna die man, this is Texas, you gonna die soon!”
Surprise, surprise.
Not even a Liberal would take that bet :-)
Dead man walking.
Son of 0bama!
Dallas had it right - before Lee Harvey Oswald there had NEVER been anyone arrested for killing a cop.
For bonus points — was it sudden jihad syndrome?
Not sure why fellow FReeper's are posting what they are...........
Expedite the death sentence for this pukepunk...hang his ass tomorrow
The guy that dove on top of Lee Harvey Oswald in the theater wrote about it some years later. Apparently, he thought it was important that they get to talk to Oswald. Hours later, he was in the station when a supervisor walked up to him and said, “why is that dirty cop killing piece of shat in my station breathing air?”
He said that was basically the end of his career. Apparently in Dallas, cop killers ALWAYS resisted arrest.
Enjoy your next few years in Livingston TX before that short final ride up to Huntsville. POS
