Sen. Jeff Sessions is on record saying so-called “sanctuary cities” that protect illegal immigrants should be prosecuted. He himself may get that chance next year.
Mr. Sessions is president-elect Donald Trump’s pick to be the next attorney general, and if he’s confirmed — a very large if, at this point — he will mark a 180-degree turn from the Obama administration on a host of issues, but nowhere more so than on immigration, where he’s been the Senate’s leading crackdown proponent.
From his first day in office, Mr. Sessions will have the power to strip some federal funding from sanctuary cities, thanks to rulings this year by the Justice Department’s inspector general, who said federal law requires localities to cooperate with immigration agents — and who provided an initial list of a handful of the worst offenders.
“The sanctuary cities thing is huge. I think most jurisdictions are going to fold like a cheap suit,” said Rosemary Jenks, government relations manager at NumbersUSA, which lobbies for stricter immigration laws.

Enforcing the law.
Liberals have no concept of the Rule of Law or being a nation of laws. All they know is force and the ends justify the means. They don’t believe in the righteos application of law by representative government and then equally applying those laws to all.
In short, liberals suck.
I’d give the mayors of these cities 30 days to have a written policy stating that all law enforcement under their control will cooperate fully with federal immigration laws. After that, defund and prosecute.
I’d go for Rahm first, closely followed by DaCommieo.

Yes. These Socialists, Communists, Globalists, and other assorted anti-American pukes need to be thrown in prison, and the sooner the better.
And the Senate has some wimpy Republicans who could be susceptible to the media intimidation that is coming over this, like the Maine ladies, or Rand Paul …. it’ll take a real effort to get everyone towing the line>>> one dem is for him already!!!!! and i think one of the maine ladies as well!!!!! Shutting off their EBT cards, Section 8, ADC and other freebies will be a good start. Stop putting out saucers of milk and the cats head home. And it will deter others yearning to live free.
Those who remain may have to be removed `seat of the pants.’ If they’re caught again—prison. No more `boomerangs’ or catch-and-release!

Very cool! Pick a good test case where a city is harboring rapists, murderers, drug traffickers etc.
Let them defend that.
We have to do everything possible to make sure Sessions is AJ. The communists Democrats will use every method of making the confirmation fail.
Note that Jeff Sessions is from Alabama, of the era in which JFK enforced Brown against the governor George Wallace in 1963.
When the governor refused to step aside for the US Attorney accompanied by Federal Marshalls, JFK Federalized the Alabama National Guard to enforce the law. The General in charge ordered him to step aside.
And Wallace stepped aside.
Sanctuary Cities should lose ALL of their Federal funding.
If they don’t have to obey the law, why do any of us?

The touchy feely libs in these cities are all for illegals until a relative or friend is killed or gravely injured by one of them, then they whine but it’s too late.
Cut off all federal funding to them in the Trump administration!
So basically, I have to follow the law because I’m white and they can ignore the law because they’re brown/black and somehow makes us equal.
That logic makes no sense to me, but I didn’t go to some Ivy League school. :)
