Sadly mainstream psychology/medicine has decided it’s not a disease so no one has been developing any real treatment that I know of.

Besides, the whole “born that way” controversy is absolutely irrelevant to the moral truth that sodomy is a mortal sin, and destroys people. The notion that some people are “born that way” is a red herring, whose function is to mislead those people unable to understand what a moral argument is. The moral evil of sodomy was never predicated on the stupid idea that anyone “chooses” to have same-sex attraction. Unfortunately, there are preachers who staked their case against sodomy precisely on this stupid proposition.
