MANDALAY, Myanmar (AP) -- Shunned by Myanmar's new government and its Buddhist hierarchy, a nationalist monk blamed for whipping up at times bloody anti-Muslim fervor said he feels vindicated by U.S. voters who elected Donald Trump to be president.
Ashin Wirathu, a high-profile leader of the Myanmar Buddhist organization known as Ma Ba Tha, drew parallels between his views on Islam and those of the Republican president-elect. Trump's campaign was rife with anti-Muslim rhetoric and proposals that included banning Muslims from entering the country and heightening surveillance of mosques. The form his actual policies will take remains unclear.

Wirathu is right on . He had the courage to stand up to the pernicious ,expanding islamotization of his country at a time when it was going critical mass .
Buddhist had to flee India , in the time of the early Turkic invasions (later Mughals) They were being slaughtered by the Muz invaders . They settled in Burma and all over SEA ,bringing Buddhism to a new safe home . Yet the cancer of Islam follows and spreads , like cancer .
Somebody has to draw the line on this Mohammedan advancement . It;s not always pretty . It is never pretty when Islam prevails . Burmese get it .

Islam is Satan’s army. Hitler wrote Mein Kamph, Satan himself wrote the Koran and all who believe in it and consider it ‘holy’ are EVIL. Whether they are militant(obedient) or not.
I’d rather invite this monk to the White House than Angela Merkel
