If the electors revolt and vote in Hillary, I think we all know what time it is. About 60-100 million Americans will know what time it is, and Americans will act accordingly.

Texas one of 21 states where it is not illegal for an elector to vote against the people. Anyone know why this is? If there is no good reason, sounds like we need to take this up in legislation.
