Electors should enjoy the same type of legal privacy that grand jury members do. Why? They are elected officials. Why doesn't the right to petition for redress of grievances apply to contacting this set of elected officials? Which public officials should it be illegal to contact?

Petition for redress by signing your name. Anonymous speech is Free Speech. What do you think of Alexander Hamilton and James Madison signing the Federalist Papers with the name "Publius"?

You called it right. SSS Two is the same troll who was standing up for that idiot CEO from San Diego who threatened to assassinate Trump. According to the doorknob A.K.A. SSS TWO, the now-fired CEO was just exercising Free Speech.

lol. I'm actually giving you the benefit of the doubt when I call you a troll. Otherwise, I'd have to believe that you truly are stupid enough to think that threatening people's lives to make them vote for your candidate is protected free speech under the Constitution.

I think I could argue that the Electoral College rises above that, given its importance in getting the Constitution even ratified in the first place.

It’s a little insulting to FR when these trolls can’t even bother to make logical sense. The left-wingers are sending us their third-stringers. Maybe all the good ones are busy packing their bags for Canada?

They are elected officials. ???
Since when? Nobody elected the electors. While state laws determine how electors are chosen, they are generally selected by the political party committees within the states -- who are completely non-governmental organizations.
You don't know what you are talking about.

By the way, this comes straight from Obama. We have found out that the dirty tricks and riot organizers have visited the White House 100s of times. Or president was a community organizer which is politician speak for riot starter. Lest anyone forget, Senator Obama helped foment a riot in Kena to support Raila Odinga
Odinga lost the election, and according to this story in Canada Free Press,
Odingas supporters went on a rampageburning Kikuyu homes and businesses, (Ethnic Cleansing in Luoland The Economist 2/7/2008) raping Kikuyu women, and murdering everyone in their pathincluding at least 50 Christian Kikuyu woman & children who had sought refuge in a church. They burned them alive. (Mob Burns Kenyans Seeking Refuge In Church CNN 1/10/2008)

There is a disturbing trend on FR toward restricting 1st Amendment Free Speech rights since Trump has won.
You have no 'First Amendment Free Speech Rights' on a privately owned website, troll.

“The left-wingers are sending us their third-stringers. Maybe all the good ones are busy packing their bags for Canada?” One would hope so. It would be a blessing to be rid of them. However, I believe that the real fight is just beginning.

"Im amazed (not) that this isnt national news. Same thing is happening in Arizona."
Why are you amazed? The news is prioritized almost entirely according to what can make Trump and his supporters look bad. Everything else - short of natural disasters or major terrorist attacks - is below the fold. And if it's some attack on Trump supporters, it will likely not be reported at all.

This behavior would last 5 seconds here. Maybe.

No it shouldn't. Fortunately, the right to "mess with electors" is enshrined in the U.S. Constitution. Not. Your right to free speech does not negate the rights of others not to listen.
