A sign of $hi!!y parenting. My daughter is 9. I shelter her from pop culture: Facebook, TV news, etc. we discuss the current events that she hears about in school. When she’s home, she reads books, watches Cupcake Wars or The Waltons, and under heavy supervision, will send sweet emails to her grandparents.
