A California restaurant targeted by Islamic “lawfare,” the practice of using American law to enforce Muslims’ wishes, is asking a court to order Muslim women who complained of religious discrimination to pay its legal expenses as punishment.
The case developed after managers at the Urth Caffe in Laguna Beach asked the Muslim women to leave because they were causing a disturbance.
They had been asked by restaurant workers to abide by a publicly promoted policy at the restaurant to give up or share popular patio tables after 45 minutes. But they refused and eventually left only after police were called. …

We frequently stay at the Park Lane Hilton in London. We were there toward the end of the summer and the numbers of Arabs in the hotel was overwhelming. They smoke freely in the rooms (it’s a non-smoking hotel). I’m sure they only have to pay a cleaning fee, but it really stinks up the hallways and the smell wafts into the other guest rooms on the floors. We have access to the Lounge/Honor Bar, where there are free drinks and hor d’oeuves every night. The women and children park themselves at the tables and eat all the free food. At least the women don’t drink, but the men do. One evening, out of 15 people in the Lounge, 3 (including the two of us) were not Arab. Next time we go, we ar staying somewhere else.
They’re in California and have to compete with Starbucks! I’d cut ‘em some slack. LOL
They are a majority of customers in a cafe in Laguna Beach!?
This is in Laguna Beach, where the high school football team was for nearly seven decades known as the Artists (they recently restored the name the Breakers).
We have no actual numbers of Muslims who now live in the USA. We do not know whether they have been vetted properly or if they are just out of Visa time or have snuck in.
I hope Trump figures out a method to account for them. I hope they are expected to become citizens if they stay and go through the processes just as all others have gone through to and including signing an oath to the USA and agreeing to respect the rights of all others. I would be so glad to be an investigator as I really think they won’t hold up their end of any bargain not sanctioned by the Qu’ran.
