You may think pictures like that are stupid but this is the age of the internet. Photoshopped photos and memes helped get Trump elected via 4chan, Reddit, twitter, etc.

I don't know, but these kinds of pictures always bring a grin to my face. I particularly smile at this one:

I think most pictures like that are meant in humor, and that one is very well done.

But sometimes those pictures are meant as real Chairman-Mao-, Dear-Leader-type pictures.
