I must caution people against gloating! I have also developed a serious addiction and have had to join GA (gloating anonymous). It's not working though. It is not so bad to enjoy this tremendously good fortune for the country and for its citizens. To hell with keeping the gloating down. Feels soooo gooood!

I sent that in as my suggestion on his website - not a “victory lap” but some way to allow him to be before his supporters even as President.

It is a great idea - not so much a victory lap but opportunities to roll out his policies for the first 100 days.
Sure would be nice if he gave a holler to California. Many many volunteers here who enthusiastically made GOTV phonecalls to states where he won.
Would having a smile since around 1:40 a.m. Wednesday be considered gloating, or would that require a constant grinning?
No...he needs to be safe now. They will do everything they can to take him out.
