In the letter to subscribers, signed by both Sulzberger and Executive Editor Dean Baquet, the pair said they promise to "rededicate ourselves to the fundamental mission of Times journalism. That is to report America and the world honestly, without fear or favor, striving always to understand and reflect all political perspectives and life experiences in the stories that we bring to you.

"Because it demonized Trump from start to finish, it failed to realize he was onto something," Goodwin writes. "And because the paper decided that Trump's supporters were a rabble of racist rednecks and homophobes, it didn't have a clue about what was happening in the lives of the Americans who elected the new president."

“Biased” is putting it way too mildly.

The flagship of the Ministry of Propaganda went way beyond bias years ago.
When Trump came on the scene they went completely Goebbels.

They promise to "rededicate ourselves to the fundamental mission of Times journalism." Hard-left propaganda has been the Times' M.O. for decades.

They have seriously lost their credibility. Going forward I will be looking for more objective resources for information and not be spending any money on their advertisors.

You know, reputation takes decades to establish, but only seconds to destroy. If they work HARD, I will revisit them in 2041.

They could rededicate themselves to learning fundamental economics instead of never challenging Democrat Utopian theory's;
CLINTON: "So what I am proposing is that we invest from the middle out and the ground up, not the top down." and
"Well have what economists call middle-out growth."

I don’t see any such admission in this piece. I see references to accusations in an op-ed from the more conservative NY Post. But not one quote from the Times supporting the title of this thread.

The only hope for the NYT is for them to drain their own swamp and to get new people who will fully expose the Clintons and Obama corruption.
