Wondering if other people have things that they Would have done differently in life if you knew then what you know now??
Marriages?
Children?
Work?
Priorities?
Life choices?
Love?
Schooling?
Anything?
I would have invested in amazon...Everyone thought it as a second hand bookstore
Would've stayed a faithful Christian, instead of letting myself be tempted to do the trendy thing.
Everything bad that happened in my life was a consequence straying from traditional Judeo-Christian morality.
Not a thing.
I'm in a good place right now. Every mistake I've ever made has led me here.
Yes.
I wouldnt do a single thing different.
I like my life and all the experiences that Ive been through.
_______________-
Nice to hear.
Sorry and do not want to sound mean, but of course if anyone knew then what they know now then negative things would be different. With a different knowledge, or essentially more and better information, at the time of decision making most of us would have different outcomes. Is this not why hindsight is 20/20. And obviously this question rarely comes up about good things in our pasts.
_______________—
True, but this is about the past we have
I would have married young and had five children.

A hah hah HAH! A hah hah HAH! A hah ha...
That’s how I feel; if I had done anything differently, I may not be who I am today, or have the truly important things that I have now. We learn and are created by all of our experiences, good and not-so-good.
(One exception: I would have spent less and saved more ;-)
Anything I really want, I still have time and resources to obtain and experience.
I want a dog.

Started smoking
Drink heavily
Change my name to Lord Humongous
Give myself the title; Ayatollah of Rock n Rollah
Get neck and face tattoos
Throw a temper tantrum whenever things don’t go my way
Invest in a pet rock collection, then convert earnings to beanie babies
Drive a custom yugo
Learn how to juggle loaded glocks
just a few things i’d change
I think about that sometimes and there are several points in my life where I took what would seem to be the wrong fork in the road but then I reflect on what I have encountered and what I have been able to do that would not have been at all had I done the “right thing” each of those times. I thank God for who and where and what I am. It helps that my reaction to setbacks and even disasters has always been- well, this is a new adventure, let’s see where it takes me.
Taken the blue pill,
They don’t call me “The Queen Of Bad Decisions” for nothing.
I want lots of dogs!
Is anyone else, in spite of perhaps making not-so-wise choices when younger sometimes, a lot happier later in life that they would have dreamed?
If I had known how much happier I would be when I was older, in comparison to how I felt in my 20s, there would have been a huge load taken off my shoulders.
The one thing I would say is really get to know yourself and make choices where you will fit. If you love nature, for example, don’t try to shoe-horn your way into an accounting job in downtown NY. Find something that fits with what makes you happy. Find a partner who will be your best friend and always be on your side. Find the solace in God’s infinite love, and learn to listen when he speaks. Love your children unconditionally, but learn when to say no.
I will start: I would have not married my second spouse.””
I would NOT have married either one.

They dont call me The Queen Of Bad Decisions for nothing.

Ah Yes! LoL.
Lots of Kings and Queens in life each with a kingdom of their own making.
If I had made different choices in my life, that replaced the ones I really regret, I might not have have met my wife, nor many of the wonderful, dedicated Christians that now are so much a part of my life.
So, if I could go back in time, yes there are choices, and actions, I would change, but not those that I learned from, nor the discipline the Lord used to bring me closer. Yes, there are those I would ask forgiveness of, if I could find them. There are also those who I wish I could go back and praise for their wisdom, and their love that has brought me to this time in my life.
