President-elect Donald Trump wants to attend the UFC’s big debut at Madison Square Garden Saturday night, but the Secret Service is trying to talk him out of it, law enforcement sources told The Post.
Trump had been invited to the big event by UFC president Dana White and had expected to attend. But the Secret Service is cautioning against it due to security concerns, according to the sources...

He needs to cooperate with what the Secret Service recommends.
This is going to cramp his style. It will be a problem going forward. Same with his family.
Would be nice, but I don’t know the security logistics needed so I defer to them.
If I was trump, I’d go ahead and watch it on PPV.
But it wouldn’t surprise me at all if he goes.
Anyway, I’m looking for Alvarez to defeat McGregor.
What do they expect? He’s the only president-elect to mention the Belmont Stakes in his victory speech.

He could be there by a live video link. Easier than trying to search through crowd like that who may not have voted for him.

Secret Service is giving him sound advice and they can’t protect him well in a place that’s very difficult for them to secure.
I agree and think he will go. Can't miss a McGregor defeat. Eddie Alvarez has much more experience; however, McGregor still has a good chance of winning.

I thing he should not go. Reason is simple. America is in total insane corruption with the sick liberals and the criminals that are paid to attack. Trump must be careful because of the many important thing he will change and cannot afford mistakes of attending outings like this.
He needs to listen to the Secret Service.
I appreciate that he wants to go, but he should follow the SS advice. Besides, his presence and the security measures required would be disruptive. I like the video link idea.

By that, I mean that Donald Trump has to come to understand that he’s now made the transition from one of the most important human beings in the nation to what is probably The Most Important Person on the Planet.
I don’t think that’s much of an exaggeration, it it’s any exaggeration at all.
Anyway, he can’t be either carefree or careless anymore. For the next four years, at least, he MUST stay under the protecting wing of the Secret Service. Period.
