Good God, Robert Reich got it right! Look at the county by county vote map for a visual confirmation that he's right (for a change).
Expect to see a lot more introspective articles like this from Democrats. The smarter ones realize what just happened.

So long as the Republican Party exists the Trump Revolution is incomplete. The brand is fatally poisoned and needs to be replaced with all its connections to the present lobbyist/politician cabal.
Those with some actual intelligence, not counting Hollywood types and “activists” understand it well but few will admit it. They still see it as a war between “us” and “them.” Ideology doesn’t matter in that if both sides were Marxists the fight would be as bitter. The “little guy” has never mattered except as a stepping stone to power. When larger drier stepping stones became available the smaller ones were abandoned.It is the same with Women and Forthechildren and Antiracism and everything else. None of it matters except as rungs on the ladder to total power.
The thing to note is that this article came out AFTER Hillary lost. The Dems do burn their own, but at least they’re given support when it counts.
Hopefully Trump will FULLY PURGE the Republican leadership...their behavior CANNOT be allowed to stand.
I'm tired of hearing this. A.) It doesn't mean squat and B.) Trump only lost the popular vote because of California's massive population of Democrats that awarded Hillary Clinton a whopping 5.5 million votes to his 3 million.
Obama never cared about anybody who worked for a living. He even screwed over people like nurses at Walter Reed and DOD civilians by laying them off while pledging to take a pay cut in solidarity himself, which he never did. All he cared about were Illegal Invaders, homosexual perverts, Muslims, and Gibsmedats.
