Ebell appears to relish criticism from the left. In a biography submitted when he testified before Congress, he listed among his recognitions that he had been featured in a Greenpeace “Field Guide to Climate Criminals,” dubbed a “misleader” on global warming by Rolling Stone and was the subject of a motion to censure in the British House of Commons after Ebell criticized the United Kingdom’s chief scientific adviser for his views on global warming.

Don’t forget everyone that on March 15th that the Debt Ceiling is back after Ryan, Reid, and Obama crafted a “deal” to suspend the Debt Ceiling until after the new President (which they thought would be a Uniparty loyalist) takes office. Well that day is coming soon and the President will be Donald J. Trump. If the Debt Ceiling is going to be raised then we first need to see the Swamp Drained for real. And even if its raised it won’t need to stay raised for long because once the budget is balanced and the surpluses start piling up then the National Debt will go down, down, down, and our country will be saved for another 100+ years :)

Trump should make it clear to every cabinet member that grant funding to Colleges and universities for research will not only be “peer reviewed” but administratelynreviewed to ensure relevance to advancing hard science and useful contributions for the nation.
Want to affect how universities operate, hit them where it hurts. If research is not funded then faculty are not rewarded.
If Mr. Ebell is going to be the top EPA bureaucrat, then why doesn’t Trump say so?
Regardless, it looks like Mr. Ebell is a step in the right direction.
Otherwise, since the states have never expressly constitutionally delegated to the feds the specific power to address environmental concerns, Trump needs to do one or the other of the following. He needs to lead Congress to successfully petition the states to ratify an environmental protection amendment to the Constitution so that the feds actually have the constitutional authority to do so, or he needs to get the feds out of the business of policing the environment and let the states do it.
He’ll become a lightning rod to occupy the leftist idiots, while Trump gets down to business with real issues like tax reform.
