We do not tolerate hateful attitudes on our team.”
Let’s make a correct to their statement:
We do not tolerate hateful attitudes on our team; except for our own.”

Dear Boss,
I find your email to be full of intolerant, HATEFUL bigotry. As you have violated your own policy we all assume you are resigning.

The conservative view is that the business should be allow to fire employee who does not hold the same belief.
remember when the same thing happened in 2012 to obama supporter who actually got fired instead of being asked to resign?

It’s a start unless his goal was to adversely affect the share price.

Isn’t it better to make them fire you?

I disagree. It is uncivil either way. The civil thing to do is agree to disagree, love each other as Christ would. I’d hate to think I could lose my job just because my current employer finds out how I voted and threatens the well being of my family. The assumption than somebody voted a certain way because of “x/y/z” reasons is arrogant (I “know” the only reasons you could have voted how you did). Their reasons for voting a certain way is personal and does not need to be explained.

>> WHERE IS THE EEOC?????
Hmmm...
The EEOC... Let's have a look at their leadership, shall we?
Chairperson Jenny R. Yang,
Obama nominee, 2014.
Commissioner Constance Barker, Bush nominee, 2008.
Commissioner Chai Feldblum,
Obama nominee, 2009.
Commissioner Victoria A. Lipnic,
Obama nominee, 2010.
Commissioner Charlotte Burrows,
Obama nominee, 2014.
General Counsel, David Lopez,
Obama nominee, 2010.
Any other questions?
This won't even be a blip on their radar... even if they were directly petitioned.
