Didn’t Gore impose a “fee” on telephone service to pay for Internet in schools? Can’t Trump impose a similar fee on wire transfers to Mexico and Central America without going through Congress to pay for the wall?

Actually, radio would be great .. would help revive that medium AND keep the tv presstitutes from deriving any ad benefit from televising the chats too.
Sitting by a radio on a weekend evening would be so nostalgic to boot, comforting somehow, ya know ?
