Hillary Clinton supporters looked on, devastated on Tuesday night, as the end of the most memorable presidential race in American political history delivered them a stunning defeat.
A day that began with the near unanimous expectation that Mrs Clinton was to become the first woman president of the United States, ended with a resounding victory for her rival.
By the early hours of the morning John Podesta, Mrs Clinton's campaign chairman came onto the stage instead of the Democratic nominee to say that because the votes were not all counted, "it was not over yet".

In a stunning “me” moment, Hillary decided her dedicated followers and campaigners did not deserve a personal, face-to-face, talk. She didn’t have to concede when Podesta came out, but she could have said the same things herself. What a narcissistic person she is. It’s your campaign Hillary; own it.

I was shocked to hear that. I hope that they remember this. She’s all that Trump said she was.
I also thought that there was no reason for her to not do it herself.

It’s been a glorious day! Sick of them still talking about hate not triumphing. They are the hateful ones. Look at how Trump supporters were treated coming out of rallies in San Jose, Chicago, etc. They deserve everything they have reaped.
