A Baton Rouge police officer who claims he was injured during a protest after a deadly police shooting filed a lawsuit Monday against prominent Black Lives Matter activist DeRay Mckesson, who was arrested at the demonstration.
The unnamed officer’s federal lawsuit says he was struck in the face by a piece of concrete or a “rock like substance” thrown at police during a July 9 protest over the death of Alton Sterling, a black man shot and killed during a scuffle with two white officers.
The suit doesn’t accuse Mckesson of throwing anything at officers but claims he “incited the violence” on behalf of Black Lives Matter, which also is named as a defendant. …

Good this is what needs to be done. Also Businesses that were looted, and blocked from doing businesses also need to sue them. And everyone else who could possibly have a claim.

There would be no riots or lawsuits if the police handles the riots properly.
Instead, protesters are allowed to throw things, spit on officers and threaten to rape their wives and kids, all without repercussion.
BLM urged the killing of officers and the unhinged took up their mantle. The complained about dogs, armored vehicles and riot gear during Ferguson and all that disappeared. (Well hidden down the street but nonetheless).
One day there will be riots and no police for it will be illegal to have them respond.
One more reason why we absolutely cannot have HRC in the white house. She will continue the destruction of local police and continue the road to a federal police.
