Matt Jones fumbled with his cellphone, trying to call his wife to say goodbye, as crew members on Allegiant Flight 822 ordered him to tuck into crash position over Baltimore. “I said to myself, ‘I’m never going to see my wife or my kids or my grandkids again,’” he recalled.
Jessica Stoffel was so afraid on Allegiant Flight 175 over Mesa, Ariz., that she grabbed the stranger next to her and squeezed his hand. “I was terrified and honestly did not think we were going to make it,” she said.

Perhaps the lady will look at this as an opportunity to stop doing bad things and start doing good ones.
They are the only airline that flies non-stop from Syracuse to Fort Lauderdale, a route I fly a few times a year, and for that reason I considered flying them. I think after this I’ll stick to Delta.

We have flown Allegiant. They’re cheap. And safe.
I thought the same. There’s nothing like a brush with death to illuminate your conscience.
The free market will take care of this airline. Probably sooner rather than later.

I flew on Allegiant last year to Tampa and it went fine. The seats are close together and didn’t recline, but otherwise it was OK.
So we can assume from this entirely ignorant-of-aviation article that the flight crews at Allegiant couldn’t care less that they are flying “junk?”

I’ve flown Allegiant quite often the past three years and the flights were smooth....the attendants professional....and the price very very reasonable
If papers like the Tampa Bay Times went after Hillary, the DNC and the Clinton Family Foundation with the enthusiasm they showed for Allegiant the whole gang of the Clinton crime family would be in jail.
Sometimes planes have problems sometimes, a AA flight caught on fire last week, did they do a story on if it was safe to fly AA?

Trust me, it is better that this liberal rag not discuss the election. They are so blatantly anti-Trump and Pro-Hillary that it is disgusting. The only person in my house who reads this rag is my 12 year old - he likes the comics section. The rest goes straight to the trash.
It’s been a while, but I’ve flown Allegiant to Las Vegas when they’ve had great fares: $69 each way.
Never had a bit of trouble.
