Judge Jeanine Pirro said this morning that after the WikiLeaks revelations, it's becoming clear what the Clintons were doing with their foundation and why Hillary Clinton set up a private email server.

(hat tip LORIANNE) The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is a bilateral US foreign aid agency established by the US Congress in 2004, applying a new philosophy toward foreign aid. It is an independent agency separate from the State Department and USAID.
The MCC Board is made up of representatives. These include the MCC's CEO, the U.S. Secretary of State who is the chair, the Secretary of Treasury who is the vice chair, the administrator of USAID, the U.S. Trade Representative and other private-sector or development-related officials.
There's something absolutely worth noting when it comes to the Obama administration's dealings with the FBI in the Clinton investigation, though:
The Clinton campaign was caught completely off guard by Comey's 10/28 letter to Congress. If nothing else, this tells me that the leadership of the Justice Department didn't know about it either -- because they certainly would have tipped her off about it.
The only plausible scenario that makes any sense to me here is that the FBI -- or at least a number of its agents -- is conducting its Clinton investigations under the assumption that their own leadership cannot be trusted.
Plausible, very plausible....and I say to them "Bring it on."

The private server is outside of FOIA judgements.
She cannot run a racketeering operation open to the government.
