WASHINGTON — A majority of voters believe Hillary Clinton has done something illegal, according to a new McClatchy-Marist Poll days before the presidential election.

A total of 83 percent of likely voters believe that Clinton did something wrong – 51 percent saying she did something illegal and 32 percent saying she something unethical but not illegal. Just 14 percent said she’s done nothing wrong.

By comparison, 79 percent think Donald Trump did something wrong, though not nearly as many think he did something illegal. Just 26 percent think he’s done something illegal, while 53 percent think he’s dome something unethical but not illegal. Just 17 percent think he’s done nothing wrong.

92% of Republicans voting for Trump! Great sign. If he’s in the ‘90s he’s going to be aok.

Thanks I missed that..great news. Here's the paragraph:

The poll shows Trump gaining support among Republicans, as running mate Mike Pence and others have urged GOP voters in recent weeks to “come home.” Trump enters the final weekend with the support of 92 percent of Republicans. That’s more than Clinton, who has 89 percent support of Democrats.

“By comparison, 79 percent think Donald Trump did something wrong”

What? I haven’t seen an allegation that will hold water.

Making sense of the convoluted:

83 percent of likely voters believe that Clinton did something wrong
79 percent think Donald Trump did something wrong

51 percent saying she did something illegal
26 percent think he’s done something illegal

32 percent saying she something unethical but not illegal
53 percent think he’s dome something unethical but not illegal

14 percent said she’s done nothing wrong
17 percent think he’s done nothing wrong

YA THINK?

I can think of 5 major illegal activities right off the top of my demented head:

1) Destruction of evidence after receiving Congressional subpoena

2) Illegal storage of classified information

3) Illegal dissemination of classified information to lawyers who do NOT possess required security clearances

4) RICO violations to include selling U.S. foreign policy actions for profit to CGI.

5) Accomplice to murder. Was Ambassador Stevens murdered BECAUSE her or Weiner's laptop containing sensitive intel was HACKED? Were 20 Navy SEALs murdered BECAUSE her or Weiner's laptop containing sensitive intel was HACKED?

Okay I'll add the most serious charge of all as a combination of the above: TREASON.

This is all just for starters, of course..

“did something wrong is a really broad category”, and no one in modern history has been beaten up on a daily basis for doing something wrong. He breaths the wrong way..I’m actually serious..they said he breathes the wrong way..major media outlets making articles of nonsense. SO yeah, I can see where “he did something wrong” being so high...relentless brainwash from MSM.

I agree with your line of reasoning.

They know they have a problem on their hands, but they don’t want to simply focus on evil Hillary.

This way they can say they covered it.

We both know this was a B.S. comparison.

“Something wrong...?” What a bunch of meaningless hogwash.

They are also basing this on all the revelations about Clinton, and just a gut feeling about Trump.

There’s a massive difference there.

What’re the accusations of Trump doing something illegal? Anything beyond the very questionable groping accusations?

I haven’t heard one.

It’s interesting that the forces of evil have abandoned the “he’s worse than she is” approach for the “he’s as bad as she is” tack.

If I knew nothing else about the candidates except
that the vast majority of the news media was actively
working on behalf of one of the the major candidates
I would vote for the other. I grew up believing that
the job of the so called Fourth Estate is to hold the
powerful accountable. In this case one candidate will
not be so treated if elected. My candidate is the other
one.

How can that be true? Now half or more of us endorse corruption if we get our little bit. Failed Americans may elect her. I guess Capone had his adherents.
