I don’t use pay pal. Only credit card. Husband is accountant and the rule is ONLY credit card. It’s insured. Won a pretty good case last year with Amazon UK through my Chase card here in US. Gifts to my friend in England was sent from all over the world several times. Amazon UK messed up and kept ordering the items for several days. I had proof close to forty people I chatted with all over the world to straighten Amazon’s mess. I won the case with email proof of chats. US card company was impressed with my data. Emails can make or break. LOL
I’m not sure what goes on in the order taking departments anymore! I ordered a nice gift for a friend’s birthday from Williams Sonoma... I requested gift wrapping. My friend called and sUd she felt funny saying anything, but thought she had to... A large box arrived from Williams Sonoma...she said SEVERAL gifts were inside of the box! They sent her multiple gift wrapped packages of the same item!!! I called WS to rectify the problem. They were very grateful for the chance to retrieve the extra items.
