By 2015, there were nineteen candidates vying to be president. Abedini, still in prison in Iran, looked through the potential presidents from a smuggled mobile phone he claims he bought in prison. (HuffPost was unable to independently verify this claim.) He was disappointed to see that all of the candidates were old and didnt look like the young man from his vision. Maybe in ten or twenty years, he thought.
But one night, while scrolling through Facebook posts, he came across a picture of a young man with blond hair and blue eyes. His whole body started shaking. Ohmygosh, this is the one that I saw in the dream! he said. The pastor didnt immediately know who the man was, but once he clicked on the picture, he realized it was a young Donald Trump.

Pray without ceasing that God will show us mercy and work this miracle before our eyes, to enable our nation to repent of its wicked ways and seek His face, to give grace and humility to Donald Trump and Mike Pence so that they are enabled to become our next President and Vice President, that our nation may prosper and be delivered from judgement, that we may be a blessing to all of our citizens as well as all of our neighbors in the world.
Interesting that this would be posted on the Huffington Post, a hive of liars, scoundrels and atheists. I’d like to see the comments but I’m not into getting slimed this evening.
Yes, quite odd.
Maybe they’re trying to convince Trump supporters to not vote. Could be a desperation tactic saying “see, it doesn’t matter; don’t bother voting’.
Yea i bet 99% of the comments are filled with vile and crash attacks against him and Trump and pro-Islamic Republic comments.
Interesting
Just faithless lost souls squealing against their own consciences.
Nothing new to see, there.
St. Dominic said a person’s conscience is like a barking dog. “Don’t steal. Don’t steal.” We all know the horrible feeling of going against our conscience. The vicious grumbling of atheists and anti-Americans is a sign of their permanent future. Hell is full of people who curse at whoever is next to them simply by being next to them. Horrible.
It’s not exactly a flattering article, though. Trump supporters and Christians in general would find it interesting and uplifting, but he is certainly painted as a flake and a supporter of Trump’s most “offensive” positions. Plus, according to the article, he and his wife are in the process of divorcing; there are allegations against him of all kinds of abuse.
Unfortunately, the HuffPo’s headline is better than the article itself.
How about this below the article?
Editors note: Donald Trump regularly incites political violence and is a serial liar, rampant xenophobe, racist, misogynist and birther who has repeatedly pledged to ban all Muslims 1.6 billion members of an entire religion from entering the U.S.
” Hell is full of people who curse at whoever is next to them simply by being next to them. Horrible.”
CS Lewis did a great job of incorporating stuff like this in his book ‘The Great Divorce’ (titled against Blake’s ‘The Marriage of Heaven and Hell’).
Lewis’ Great Divorce isn’t as well known as his Screwtape Letters but I think it’s even better.
Thx for reading the HuffPo so I didn’t have to. Good summary! Thanks...
