I heard a very plausible explanation. Huma's phone e-mail was backed up on Weiner's laptop. Her phone was using IMAP with cached local copies of messages on the server. Hillary took the server offline and deleted 33,000 items. Those items were still cached on Huma's phone and the deletion notifications never interacted between Huma's phone and the server because it remained offline. The deleted material was cached on Huma's phone and backed up to Weiner's laptop. Now there exists a copy of what was present and what Hillary tried to hide by deletion. Very easy to prove obstruction of justice if she deleted material that should not have been deleted.

I don’t see why Huma would have all of Hillary’s emails. Although they are pretty close so who knows.

Hillary swore under oath that all emails were returned to State. This proves that they were NOT returned. That alone is a felony.
