It's a pretty good betthat Huma screened all of Clinton's emails. Clinton did not like to read things on electronic devices. Huma printed hard copies of email and attachments for Clinton. They may have even set up automatic forwarding, so Huma always saw Clinton's emails first.

In her role as assistant, she may have backed up her own AND Hillary's phones to Weiner's laptop. Even if it was only Huma's phone, she would have been copied to a substantial number of messages. For purposes of criminal prosecution, only a single classified item is sufficient to put her in jail. We know the number is at least hundreds of classified items from confidential to SAP.
