I think he was trying to get a chant going. At least he had the sense to end it when the crowd wouldn’t play ball, instead of saying “please chant,” ala Jeb Bush.

It is easy to see Obama’s inner beliefs. He stumbles stutters and “uhs ehs uhs dududududokiedokes” his way through speeches and interviews when he talks about anything he isn’t interested in or is lying. But when he lets his anger out to move the marxist revolution forward he is smooth and clear. He doesn’t stutter or stammer. It’s the only core belief he has. And it’s 100% rooted in anger.
