Obviously Huma lied about any knowledge of this computer....

So, as a matter of law, all her testimony is considered tainted. And Hillary had to know about this too....and Podesta and..... and......and......

Now the interesting part to me is the marriage and timing of that marriage of Huma and Weiner. They can't testify against each other. .......Just like Bubba and Hillary.

Conclusion...Huma and Weiner will NOT divorce. That's what the rehab cr** is about.

They can't testify against each other.

They can't be FORCED to testify against each other.

They can’t be forced to testify against each other.

Voluntarily, yes.

Weiner has his own problems with the sexting. Will he spill what he knows to get out from under the sexting?

Direct testimony is probably of little value at this point anyway. Once the police had access to the computer of one spouse, they probably had all the information they needed.

FYI: Under U.S. federal common law, the spousal testimonial privilege is held by the witness-spouse, not the party-spouse, and therefore does not prevent a spouse who wishes to testify from doing so.

Do you think Wiener will clam up or take a plea deal on his "Sexting" an underage female to save his butt? I do!
