Whoa. According to CNN contributor Hugh Hewitt, (no friend of Donald Trump) the Obama Justice Department denied the FBIs request for a grand jury pertaining to an investigation into the Clinton Foundation:
Might this be why Barack Obama was playing so nice with FBI Director James Comey today, declaring Comey wasnt doing anything wrong in updating Congress on new evidence pertaining to the ongoing Clinton investigation despite other Democrats crying foul at that update coming so close to Election Day?
Certainly the Obama White House would have had input into the DOJs decision to shut down the FBIs grand jury request, thus adding yet another significant layer of government collusion into what is already a sordid, (even by Clinton standards) mess of backroom political dealing.

The magnifying glass should be on those who sought to breach the law of the land.
Who are these people?
Same here. I didn’t hear about this either.
Yep, just like that !
Yes, if Obama and Lynch at Justice shut down the FBI investigation by denying a grand jury, this is a very big deal. Can it be confirmed, admitted to, and can anything be made of it between now and next Tuesday? Those are the real questions.
____________
With a Trump win Giuliani will meet with Comey soon after Nov.9th to design a course of action. No worries!
The Clinton Foundation, HSBC, DLAPiper, and Saudi checks cleared.
F*&( them and their Constitution. What difference does it make?
They are afraid AG Christie will include them in a mass RICO indictment.
Podesta brags DOJ's Huma "investigation" spokesman Peter Kadzik "kept me out of jail"
PIAPS in all her glory!
DOJ didn’t touch Hill either after that tarmac tete a tete. I think Bill just mentioned the great position Loretta would have in the Clinton admin and how muddy Ft. Marcy park was, this time of year.
This from CNN so you know it’s a lie.
I did recall that some of the items turned over under certain agreements had restrictions that they could only be used in certain investigations preventing sweeping usage into all the Clinton criminality.
For ow we need to keep the email scandal going. Clinton Foundation can be dealt with later. It will be amazing though in the months to come. If Hillary wins she sets off a crisis in many ways. I would guess she will fire Comey and have to face a full on revolt by the FBI. Who knows what will happen with Clinton if Trump wins. Can hardly wait.
Can any state attorneys convene a GJ for this? CF must exist as an entity in Arkansas, NY, and maybe elsewhere?
This is about Clinton Foundation. Guiliani said RICO charges apply and it SHOULD have gone to a grand jury.
The Clinton's and their posse are now “in the system” and crap like having Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson act as Hillary attorneys at her “chat” with the FBI will cease. That little slap in the face to the FBI will not be forgotten
Having Mills and Samuelson at Hillary's interview with the FBI was flipping the bird to the FBI. It was also a show of force and intimidation intended show who was boss to send the FBI the message , “ do you know who you are talking to?”
“...assurances that she wouldnt allow the Clinton Family Crime Syndicates highly successful money laundering operation be investigated by the FBI.”
But they are.
“FBI field offices in New York, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C. and Little Rock, Ark., are investigating the Clinton Foundation concerning allegations of pay-to-play financial and political corruption, according to a Wall Street Journal report Sunday.”
The DOJ is (unsurprising) throwing up roadblocks, but the investigation goes on.
DRAIN THE SWAMP
The DOJ sees nothing wrong with the Clintons Using our State Dept as their personal line of credit... Drain that swamp.
DoOoJ had at work. (Dept of Obstruction of Justice.)
