Breaking on Fox.
Also include classified by: Authority: Disposition:
They are the Rosetta stone of a classified document.
I think she told whoever was going to pick up the documents that her hotel door was unlocked.
Yeah witnessing the absolute implosion of Hellary Clinton :)
Not exactly correct, but probably moot. The lower level clearance of ‘secret’ is for a fixed period of time, and it may extend past gubmint service. However, that time has surely expired for Weiner...and if it hadn’t, his first or second sexting scandal would have likely caused it to be cancelled. But beyond that, some of this is probably special access stuff - and nobody has a clearance for that, unless they are assigned to work on it (’it’ being a given project).
Anyway, I see zero chance Weiner has a clearance of any kind.
That and to protect them when the $$it hits the fan like it did last week.
The Russians weren’t the hackers....it was the Weeners!
I figure its proof of intent, like proof of buying off the lead investigator with the half a mill donation to his wife.
I’m a bit confused, nothing new, where did the I-phone come from? She gave one up under immunity on the original investigating AFAIK. Is this just old info being leaked? Or is this her current phone and she is squealing like a pig to the FBI? Is the phone in addition to the laptop, or is the Laptop and 650,000 emails just nothing but rumors??
Clouds are replicated around the world, and backed up repeatedly.
There are literally many dozens of copies out there.
There is having a security clearance coupled with having a need to know. You can have a security clearance but you may not have a need to know an area covered by the clearance but outside your perview.
First the Orange then the brown (rope).

The hits just keep coming!
I guess you have to be classified AIS to have AIS classification, assuming everyone knows what AIS even means. Now a CD-R is really TS.
“Hope he has a big Life insurance policy ...”
He does, but he doesn’t know about it :)
Be careful not to buy that narrative the MSM is selling:
“it was considered to be Weiner’s laptop”
Key weasel wording: “was considered”
This is classic Clintonian parsing.
It was “their” laptop. Media and team Hillary trying to distance and create a bright line where there is none.
I remind all that Comey already had classified documents — over 100 — he doesn’t need more classifieds. Something else is going on.
Yes, as they just got “search warrants” yesterday. It begins. Up to now, the investigators were confined to the mega-data, which to my understanding is nothing of content of emails but simply the long list of addresses listing the “to-and-from” proof, which showed that emails went, on Weiner/Huma’s jointly used lap top, from certain parties to HRC at the State Dept.
The NYPD found the mega data addresses and had to contact the FBI. The NY FBI confirmed the addresses, but without the content of the emails, because they had no warrant to search content.
Now they do.
Gay State Conservative wrote: “I never had a security clearance myself but one would assume that once you have no right to classified info (as in when you cease being a United States Representative) your clearance is immediately and automatically revoked.”
It’s not automatic. When you out-process, one of the mandatory stops is the security office. You’ll receive a briefing on your continued responsibility to protect classifed, etc. That office will initiate action to suspend your clearance. The clearance remains active for a period of two years. This avoids the need to do a new clearance investigation should you go to work where a clearance is required.
Let’s clear something up.
One does not just walk into a place and assert you have a clearance. One doesn’t have a badge or ID card that you can show to gain access to classified.
If you’re going to visit another office, you will inform your security office of the visit and the need for classified access. Your security office will pass your clearances to the office you will visit. Unless your security office contacts the other office, you will not get access. This happens each time you visit unless you can establish that you will be visiting that location frequently. Then your security will send a clearance good for one year.
In all cases, having a clearance is insufficient for access. You must also demonstrate a need to know.
