No, the FBI did not revoke, jut sent a letter to the State Department to issue a revoke order. State is responsible for passports.
Not to make light of current events, just a few short years ago many of us here were watching and critiquing a TV show called 24. In later episodes there was quite a bit of skul drudgery, treason,traitorous and down right nasty scenarios coming straight out of the white house and the capitol. Of course much of that was dismissed as nothing more but fanfare and fantasy for the TV audience and general entertainment. The producers of that show knew more of the real day to day operations that go on in DC as we are witnessing much of the same right now.

My THOUGHTS
The NYPDD special victims unit, or the same sort of unit in North Carolina, discover Wiener was sending nude photos of children accross the interwebs.
They discover Weiner used the Clinton server to distribute said child pron.
Worse, either Bill, Hillary, or both, also traded child pron across the interwebs vis the Clinton server.
Finally, their customers were the highest mover and shakers across the globe.
That would get Comeys attention and require a letter to Congress
Well, it is certainly more than just one of several possible interpretations of Clinton’s felonious actions. It is an accurate, irrefutable description of the reality of the situation.
More disturbing is that the State Department along with the DOJ and for the moment the FBI were professionally and criminally negligent and placed at great risk the very people they serve. (It is notable that each of those departments is under the management of the Oval Office.)
Together with Clinton’s actions that negligence has endangered the security of each man, woman and child in our nation; That threat will continue until responsible professionals are able to identify and correct the damage.

Yup! producers put out shows to prep the public to become numb to political, and social things they may ordinarily not agree with. isn’t it the same in advertising too? If you see some thing a few times you become more open to trying it.
If Hillary is this flippant with classified info, how much do you think she gives a crap about other types of info? Do you think she gives a crap about compromising her employees' social security numbers? What about contract competition-sensitive and For Official Use Only? Any GS-11 would be fired and brought up on charges for handling that stuff the way Hillary did, and I'm not even talking classified here!
For anybody that has had a security clearance, if you're not outraged about this, you don't have a pulse. The real reason that this is on the FBI's front-burner again: career agents are running for the exits because they can't bring themselves to work for a bureau that looks the other way on this kind of crap. I'm sure Comey has heard through unofficial channels that he better not spit on the sidewalk and had better not be in the same area code of any organization reunions. When the rank-and-file is pissed with you, they have ways of letting you know.
