On Friday afternoon FBI Director James Comey announced that due to new findings, the criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton's private email server had been reopened.
The new information was found inadvertently during a separate, unrelated investigation of former Congressman Anthony Weiner's sexting with an underage girl. Emails related to Hillary Clinton's case were found on a laptop belonging to Weiner and ex-wife Huma Abedin, who is a longtime aide for Clinton.
As a result, requests for search warrants to read through the new information were submitted to the Department of Justice. They still haven't been approved. Yahoo News has the exclusive:
As of Saturday night, the FBI was still in talks with the Justice Department about obtaining a warrant that would allow agency officials to read any of the newly discovered Abedin emails, and therefore was still in the dark about whether they include any classified material that the bureau has not already seen.
“We do not have a warrant,” a senior law enforcement official said. “Discussions are under way [between the FBI and the Justice Department] as to the best way to move forward.”

If they have a case, they should file indictments.

If the FBI has a case against you, do they go to the Justice Department to get sign off? I seriously doubt it.
So just file charges like you would with anyone else who is a crook.

If there has been no warranty issued, and the emails have not been examined, then the spin that Hillary did not send or receive any of the emails cannot be known. But that has been put forward by the Clinton surrogates.
My first reaction was that the Winnie had made a deal with the FBI Agent P.O.W.C. (Pissed Off With Coney.) The charges that the NYPD brought covers NY crime. However, the NY to NC charges are Federal if my understanding is correct. I believe ole Winnie Boy played “Let’s Make A Deal” with FBI Agent POWC.
Very plausible theory.
The ‘not having a warrant’ thing is a LIE so as to justify STALLING this investigation until AFTER the election.
I suspect maybe they are going thru’ the Weiner computer and tidying up anything that could land Obummer, the DOJ or Comey in hot water. They are waiting, IMO, until wiki leaks dumps their stuff tomorrow to see if they can get by with it. I hope when the dust settles, there is something good for Assange in all of this. He is the true hero.
No warrant needed....they have PERMISSION.
If they cannot get a warrant, Loretta Lynch is done, kaput, she is a goner.
