On Friday afternoon FBI Director James Comey announced that due to new findings, the criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton's private email server had been reopened.
The new information was found inadvertently during a separate, unrelated investigation of former Congressman Anthony Weiner's sexting with an underage girl. Emails related to Hillary Clinton's case were found on a laptop belonging to Weiner and ex-wife Huma Abedin, who is a longtime aide for Clinton.
As a result, requests for search warrants to read through the new information were submitted to the Department of Justice. They still haven't been approved. Yahoo News has the exclusive:
As of Saturday night, the FBI was still in talks with the Justice Department about obtaining a warrant that would allow agency officials to read any of the newly discovered Abedin emails, and therefore was still in the dark about whether they include any classified material that the bureau has not already seen.
“We do not have a warrant,” a senior law enforcement official said. “Discussions are under way [between the FBI and the Justice Department] as to the best way to move forward.”

Congress can still subpoena the documents, no? The FBI already has a mandate and warrant of investigation of Clinton. what the hell. Matters not where evidence or witnesses comes from.
And they are violators of the Constitution and thus lawless traitors who should be impeached, convicted, and KICKED OUT OF PUBLIC OFFICE FOREVER.

If the computer(s) have any evidence that implicates someone other than Weiner (Huma Abedin, for example) in a separate crime, then they would probably need a separate warrant.
DOJ not seeking a warrant just allows Hillary’s corrupt open wound to fester and grow more putrid.

Comey has read all of it. He just hasn’t officially read it. He’s praying WikiLeaks puts it out soon.

The FBI and DOJ have no place to escape to, if the NYPD has aback up
of Huma’s computer.
Which explains why Comey reopened the case.
The NYPD had the leverage that the FBI would not hide the contents
or destroy the contents of Huma’s computer.
She is demanding they release what they have while her team blocks the warrant. They should comply and release it.
What if one of the emails the FBI has seen is Huma/Hillary/Bill discussing a Lynch plane payoff? That would explain Lynch’s warrant denial.
Conservatives never get tired of searching for the “Smoking Gun.”
And, Conservatives always fail to politically anticipate what happens next.
The latest Clinton email issue is a total MSM set up.
Next week, the MSM will drop another political bombshell on Trump, which they will cover 24-7, until election day.
Then, the MSM will claim it was fair and balanced because it dropped a big nothing burger on Clinton the week before.
